Lebanon will invest in Georgia this year.
Several companies have expressed an interest in the business environment in Georgia during the visit of a Georgian delegation led by Prime Minister Nika Gilauri to Lebanon, Chamber of Commerce President Kakha Baindurashvili told journalists.
In particular, it is a construction company Mata and pharmaceutical company Malia Folding.
"There were representatives of the Mata in Georgia, engaged in a matter of opening the office a few weeks ago. The company is already involved in several tenders announced in Georgia. We will see many Lebanese companies in the country this year," Baindurashvili said.
