The State Migration Service of Azerbaijan announced a tender for the construction of an administrative building, an official press source said on Friday.
Preference will be given to participants who offer a lower price, high quality, ensure a timely execution of the contract, as well as having experience in similar field and facilities.
The fee for participating in the tender is 400 manat.
