Over 2010 to 2012, Georgia has registered 132,449 business entities, the Public Registry Agency told Trend on Monday.
Some 97.7 percent of them are commercial entities (individual entrepreneurs, joint liability communities, limited liability companies, joint stock companies, cooperatives, branches of foreign legal entities, etc.), 2.3 per cent - non-profit entities.
Over the past two years Georgia has registered 14,196 foreign business entities (from 105 countries), which is 10.7 percent of all registered entities in the country.
