The number of members on KazTransOil's board of directors has been increased by six in accordance with the KazMunaiGas Board of Directors' decision dated Oct. 19, 2012, a statement said.
"Kasymbek Ardak Mahmudyly was elected as a representative of the interests of KazMunaiGas and as a shareholder of KazTransOil upon the same decision of the KazTransOil Board of Directors," the report says.
Kasymbek Ardak Mahmudyly is the deputy economics and finance chairman on KazMunaiGas's board.
"KazTransOil" is the first company which will join "People's IPO".
