Kazakhstan, Astana, Nov. 5 /Trend D. Mukhtarov /

KazTransOil plans to receive consolidated revenues of 170 billion tenge in 2013, General Director Kairgeldy Kabyldin told journalists on Monday.

"In 2011, our consolidated revenues amounted to about 140 billion tenge. This year, we are expecting that this figure will amount to 145-146 billion tenge," Kabyldin said.

According to him, in 2011, the company paid 19 billion tenge to its sole shareholder KazMunaiGas in dividends.

"In 2013, we expect that our level of profitability will stand at about 170 billion tenge. Thus, we can assume that dividends will grow on the shares of the company," he added.

It was previously reported that only 40 percent of KazTransOil revenue will be directed to payment of dividends under the "People's IPO".

"We have changed the dividend policy. At least 40 percent of the company's net profits will now be directed to payment of dividends" Kabyldin said.

The People's IPO programme will allow the citizens of Kazakhstan to become co-owners of the major national companies.
