Georgian Energy Minister Kakha Kaladze will meet with representatives of the Russian company Inter RAO UES in Istanbul.
The meeting will discuss issues on Georgian-Russian energy cooperation.
The Georgian and Russian sides will discuss the exchange of electricity. Georgia supplies electricity to the southern regions of Russia.
Both sides will also discuss Tbilisi electricity distribution company Telasi, 75 per cent of whose shares are owned by RAO UES.
