Baku will host the second meeting of the Azerbaijani-Serbian Intergovernmental Commission on trade and economic cooperation, the report of Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development said on Thursday.
The event, which will be held on November 27, will focus on the development of cooperation between the countries, and the results of work carried out after the first session.
In anticipation of the meeting, Azerbaijani-Serbian business forum will be held on November 26. The event is supported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economic Development and Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO).
The business forum will bring together entrepreneurs, operating in the areas of agriculture, construction, food industry, tourism, engineering, and other fields.
According to the Azerbaijani State Customs Committee, in January-September the trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Serbia amounted to $21.24 million, with the share of imports at $21.22 million
