Kazakh AgromashHolding's car factory located in the city of Kostanay will triple the production in 2013 compared to the current year, the company reported on Wednesday.
According to AgromashHolding, Kostanay car factory produced over 2,500 cars and 500 harvesters in 2012 compared to 869 cars and roughly 200 farm machinery in 2011.
Moreover, in 2013 the factory will launch a complete knock down kit of SsangYong cars. A complete knock down kit envisages complete car production including welding and body painting. Cars made in Kazakhstan, will be called the Nomad.
SUV Nomad production will exceed 25,000 vehicles per year and the cars will be used at Kazakh market and supplied abroad.
