MTS Turkmenistan Company announces an open tender for proposals for the right to carry out the construction and repair of the MTS Turkmenistan radio subsystem in 2013.
Proposals will be accepted starting on the date of publication of the announcement until 17:00 local time on January 11, 2013.
Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected without consideration, regardless of the cause of delay.
Details about the conditions and procedure of the open tender are provided in the procurement documentation which is an integral part of this notice and can be obtained from the organiser of the procedure.
