Separate licenses will be required for passenger and cargo transportation by water transport in Azerbaijan.
In accordance with the Azerbaijani President's Decree on making amendments to the Decree dated Sept.2nd, 2002 on the improvement of the rules for issuing special permits (licenses) for certain types of activities, a state duty for the above-mentioned activities are as follows:

The amendments will take effect today, from the date of publication in the official press.
