The State Committee on Architecture and Town Planning of Azerbaijan has announced the winner of the tender for the work purchase to create a State Town Planning cadastre for the city of Shirvan, the State Committee announced on Monday.
The winner of the tender is Integris Partners Ltd Co. with whom the contract has been signed.
Chairman of the State Committee Dovletkhan Dovletkhanov told Trend earlier that the Town Planning cadastre of the city of Shirvan would be the model for other main towns in the future.
"For the time being the basic data collection is conducted in the regions of the country. We identify the details of the technical tasks which are the main volume of services we expect from the consultants," he said.
Dovletkhanov added that considering the fact that such a cadastre is not yet available in the republic, it is expected that foreign companies would also participate in the tender.
"We want the tender winners not only to participate in the creation of such a product, but also to manage it for some time, say half a year to train the local executives to maintain it.
This work will take up to 30 months," Dovletkhanov said.
