Most of military social facilities are located in Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Antalya, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Diyarbakir, Sivas, Tekirdag.

The newspaper doesn't specify whether the privatized facilities would maintain the sphere of activity, or be converted into other types of institutions.
