The MTS Turkmenistan Company has announced an open tender for proposals for the right to contract for the supply of instruments for monitoring and testing accumulator batteries in 2013.
Proposals will be accepted as from the announcement's publication date until 17:00 local time April 3, 2013. Proposals received later than the above mentioned deadline will be rejected by the organiser without consideration, regardless of the cause of delay.
Detailed information on conditions and the procedure for a public call for proposals is listed in the procurement documentation which is an integral part of this notice and can be obtained from the organisers.
