The Government of Kazakhstan approved by its executive order regulations for the purchase of goods, works and services for subsoil users, the Press Service of the Ministry of Industry and New Technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan announced on Wednesday.
According to the announcement, these regulations are designed in accordance with the Law "On Subsoil and Subsoil Use".
According to the announcement, the Regulations are aimed at regulating the procedure of purchasing goods, works and services by subsoil users and contain separate rules for procurement of contracts on subsoil solid minerals, and contracts on hydrocarbon feedstock.
The Regulations contain such major innovations as the requirement of the placement of competitive documents by subsoil users at the state information system "Register of goods, works and services used in subsoil operations and their producers", e-procurement system and other innovations.
