The prices on consumer goods and tariffs for services increased by 0.4 percent in April 2013 compared to the previous month and by 1.4 percent compared to January-April 2012, the State Statistics Committee said today.
The food prices increased by 0.9 percent, tariffs for services and non-food goods remained unchanged in April.
Food prices increased by 0.8 percent, non-food goods - 0.4 percent and tariffs for services - 3.3 percent for four months compared to January-April 2012.
In April, the base index of consumer prices, calculated with the exception of goods and services subject to seasonal changes (fruits and vegetables) which are sold at prices regulated by the state, decreased by 0.2 percent compared to the previous month and increased by 0.4 percent compared to January-April 2012.
