Kazakhstan's engineering company AllurAuto started the installation of a new line of "Completely Knocked Down" (CKD) assembly, a statement of the company said on Monday.

Currently, there are experts from South Korea and Japan at the plant of AgromashHolding, which is included in AllurGroup. The experts are helping to set up and coordinate working moments.

"From spring of 2014, the production of Toyota Fortuner cars will start at the new facility, and from December 2013 the production of SsangYong Nomad cars, the export of which is planned for 2017 will start," the statement said.

This will allow increasing the amount of Kazakh content in the produced cars as well as the number of jobs.

The modernization of production, including introduction and attraction of new technologies will allow the optimization of car production.

The plant will run three workshops: welding, painting and assembly. Each of them is designed to work with a particular brand of car. The welding equipment for SsangYong is purchased from the leading manufacturers in South Korea.

The "AllurAuto" company started its work in 2003 as a service station for Korean-made cars. Later, an agreement was signed with the global South Korean car brand SsangYong, and the company "Allur Auto" received the status of an official exclusive distributor of the brand in the territory of Kazakhstan.

Today, the company "AllurAuto" is the official distributor for SsangYong, the official dealer of Suzuki and Mitsubishi. Affordable ZAZ cars, Iveco commercial equipment and Korean SsangYong cars are assembled at the AgromashHolding plant, which is related to the AllurGroup group of companies.

In 2012, AllurGroup and the AgromashHolding assembled 2581 motor cars, which is 2.9 times more than in 2011. The production of Toyota cars is planned for the Spring of 2014.
