Azerbaijan, Baku, August 5 /Trend, A. Akhundov/
The State Committee for Property Affairs of Azerbaijan is preparing proposals on the improvement of rules for controlling state property, according to an interview of the head of the Department for Internal Audit and Control Committee for the effective use of state property Zulfugar Mansurov, posted in "Daşınmaz Əmlak", magazine, which is the publication of the State Committee.
Currently, the project of new rules is being discussed by relevant state bodies.
"For instance, despite the fact that, protocols are drawn up and are submitted to the courts in connection with the cases of ineffective use of state property, the fines are replaced with warnings. With the aim of eliminating such cases, we propose to transfer the authority for viewing the cases on relevant article of the Administrative violations Code to the State Committee on property affairs," Mansurov noted.
According to him, this change will increase the effectiveness of the work, the speed of execution of fines and other penalties, as well as insure the work efficiency.
