Azerbaijani State Committee for Securities (SCS) has registered the emission prospectus of ordinary nominal non-documentary shares of OJSC A.Linzinq in the amount of 4,000 manats, the Committee's report, released on Wednesday said.
2,000 shares at par value of one manat each will be issued within the framework of emissions.
This is the first issue of shares of A.Linzinq company, SCS told Trend.
Accordingly, the company's authorized capital is formed at the amount of 2,000 manats.
A.Linzinq, which was registered at Azerbaijani Ministry of Justice in 2006, is included into the Evsen group of companies.
The official exchange rate for September 18 is 0.7845 AZN/USD.
