MTS Turkmenistan economic society (a branch of the Russian mobile operator MTS) has notified the extension of the open request for proposals.
What is involved is the signing of an agreement on construction of radio subsystem facilities in the Akhal, Lebap, Balkan, Dashoguz and Mary provinces.
Bids will be accepted from the date of publication of notification till Feb.6, 2014, 17:00 (local time).
The organiser will stop receipt of bids at 17:00 (local time).
Bids received later than the abovementioned deadline will be rejected by the organizer without review, irrespective of the causes of delay.
Detailed information about the conditions and rules of conducting the open request for proposals is available in procurement documentation which is an integral part of this notification and is available on www.mts.tm in the 'About company/procurement' section.
