The physical entities' money transfer amount between Uzbekistan and Russia increased by 18.3 percent - up to $7.196 billion in 2013, according to the Central Bank of Russia.
The money transfer amount from Russia to Uzbekistan increased by 17.02 percent - up to $6.633 billion in 2013, from Uzbekistan to Russia - by 35.3 percent to $563 million.
The average amount of money transferred from Russia to Uzbekistan decreased by 0.5 percent - to $593 in 2013, the average amount of money transferred from Uzbekistan to Russia increased by 9.1 percent - to $1,901.
Some $6.084 billion were transferred from Russia to Uzbekistan in 2012 or by 33 percent more than in 2011, according to the Russian Central Bank.
The data cover such money transfer systems as Western Union, UNIStream, MoneyGram, Contact, BLIZKO, Golden Crown, Migom, PrivatMoney, AsiaExpress, LEADER, InterExpress, Anelik, Allur, Blitz, Bistraya Pochta, Coinstar Money Transfer and Post of Russia, according to the Russian Central Bank.
