Tajik budget volume exceeds $1.6 billion

By Elena Kosolapova - Trend: The volume of Tajikistan's state budget in the first eight months of 2014 exceeded 8 billion somoni (over $ 1.6 billion), Avesta.Tj reported with the reference to Tajik Finance Ministry.
This sum is 2.5 percent more than the amended plan.
The volume of Tajikistan's state budget in the first seven months of 2014 was at 7.1 billion somoni ( 5.06 somoni= $1) (2.7 percent more than the targeted plan). Tax revenues amounted to over 5.8 billion somoni in this period.
Non-tax revenues hit 549.4 somoni or 7.7 percent in Jan.-July 2014.
Tajik state budget's increased by 964.4 million somoni in this period compared to the same period of 2013 to 6.6 billion somoni.
