The State Securities Committee (SSC) of Azerbaijan registered the issue prospectus of ordinary shares of the NBC Bank totaling more than 5 million AZN, said the report of Baku Stock Exchange (BSE) published on its website Nov.25.
The official exchange rate for November 25 is 0.7844 AZN / USD.
Some 20,535 shares with par value of 243.6 AZN have been issued within the emission.
Texnika Kapital Menecment LLC is the underwriter of the placement of shares.
As a result of emission placement, the bank's authorized capital will be increased from 46.536 million AZN to 51.54 million AZN. As of January 1, 2015, the minimum amount of the aggregate capital of banks should amount to 50 million AZN, according to the request of the Central Bank of Azerbaijan.
NBC Bank was established in December 1992.
