Kazakh company KazTransGas has signed an agreement with international banks for attraction of the syndicated loan totaling $400 million, said the message of the company Mar.2.
"The organizers of the funding became such banks as Citibank, ING Bank and Natixis," said the message.
The loan was attracted for a period of 3 years with a rate of 1.5 percent + 3MLibor.
KazTransGas plans to direct the loan funds to refinance its obligations.
"The signing of this agreement is of great importance for the company in terms of developing partnership relations with international loan organizations," said the message.
KazTransGas JSC is the national operator in the field of gas and gas supply. Companies and organisations dealing with gas production, transportation and sale are included in the KazTransGas company group.
