A consortium of Khazar, consisting of Turkmenoil State Concern and the Mitro International Limited company, which operates in accordance with the terms of a production sharing contract in respect of the contractual "Khazar" territory (Eastern Cheleken field), announces a tender.
The subject of the tender is to purchase the spare parts for the drilling rig ZJ70DS (PRC).
The participation fee is $250. VAT is not imposed in accordance with the PSA terms.
Furthermore, a bidder's written request should be prepared and tender conditions should be obtained.
