The Beijing-Baku flight is being delayed for technical reasons, the Heydar Aliyev International Airport told Trend Oct. 22.
The plane was due to fly from Beijing to Baku at 06:15 (UTC/GMT +4 hours).
"The flight was delayed until 14:00 (UTC/GMT +4 hours)," the statement said. "The exact time will be disclosed later."
