Turkmenistan's Ministry of Industry has announced an international tender to design and construct a cement plant.
It is planned to construct the cement plant with the capacity of one million tons of cement per year in Koytendag district of Turkmenistan's Lebap province.
Companies with the ability to fully finance the project or draw credit funds of foreign banks are invited to participate in the tender.
The participation fee for the tender is $2,000 or its equivalent in Turkmen manats.
The tender bids will be received till 4 p.m. (GMT + 5 hours) Feb. 22, 2016.
