KazTransGas Aimak gas-supplying company received a profit of 3.86 billion tenges in 2015 (the exchange rate as of February 2 is 360.45 tenges / $1), according to financial statements of the company posted on the website of the Kazakh Stock Exchange (KASE).
The company's profit in 2014 amounted to 1.72 billion tenges, said the report.
Operating profit of the company in 2015 amounted to 7.57 billion tenges (3.43 billion tenges in 2014).
The company's revenue fell for the year to 136.19 billion tenges (140.04 billion tenges in 2014).
The assets of KazTransGas Aimak for the year increased from 175.91 billion tenges to 211.96 billion tenges.
KazTransGas Aimak is the largest gas-supplying company in Kazakhstan, which is the operator of distribution and main gas pipelines in all 10 gasified regions of the country.
