Serious changes have been made in the management of Azerbaijan's Alfa Insurance company.
Karamat Aliyev took over the board of directors of Alfa Insurance replacing Elshad Aliyev, according to the company's website.
The board of directors of Alfa Insurance has been completely reformed: Nijat Akhundov and Saleh Ilmamaliyev became its members, replacing Ayaz Garayzade and Elshad Karimov.
Moreover, the composition of the company's Audit Commission has been completely changed. Ramin Seyidov replaced Chingiz Musazade as the commission's head. Farid Rajabov and Shargiya Allahverdiyeva became its members by replacing Farid Darziyev and Afila Mammadova.
Head of the Internal Audit Service of Alfa Insurance Famin Mammadov stepped down from his post.
The company board includes only its head Jamal Aliyev, since his deputy Zahir Salahov and the board member Ali Gasimov have stepped down from their posts.
Alfa Insurance was founded by Bank Technique and started to operate in 1997.
