Elchin Ahmadov has been appointed new Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Bank Silk Way, the bank said in a message posted on its website Aug. 8.
According to the message, the decision was made at the general meeting of shareholders on August 7.
Earlier, Ahmadov headed the bank's Board.
According to another decision of the shareholders, Mahir Ahmadov, who previously served as the Deputy Chairman of the Board, has been appointed to head the bank’s Board.
OJSC Silk Way Bank has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1994.
