The Ministry of Finance of Azerbaijan has announced an open tender to buy web security system for treasury management information system.
Bids should be submitted in two copies, sealed and confirmed with a signature, in envelopes.
According to the tender commission, the envelopes will be opened at 11:00 (UTC+4) on November 15, 2017.
The cost of participation in the tender is 300 Azerbaijani manats.

Under the tender terms, bidders must submit documents (excluding the tender proposal and bank guarantee) until 15:00 (UTC+4), November 3, 2017, and the tender proposal and bank guarantee in a sealed envelope – until 15:00, November 14, 2017.
Authorized representatives of bidders can take part in the tender.
