Structural changes in Azerbaijan’s TuranBank

Management Board Office has been created in the structure of Azerbaijan’s TuranBank, according to the bank’s website.

Only one member, Rashad Tanriverdiyev, foreign economic relations adviser of the chairman of the Management Board, has been included in the Management Board Office. Tanriverdiyev previously served as director of the bank’s Business Development Department. His post was taken by Ramil Khalilov.

Process Management Department has been also created in the structure of the bank. The post of director of the department is still vacant, and Fikrat Salimov has been appointed deputy director of the department.

In addition, Zaur Aliyev, director of Credit Control Department, has left his post. Ilyas Gojayev has been appointed acting director of the department.

TuranBank has been operating in Azerbaijan since 1992. The bank has 15 branches, one department and six offices.

TuranBank owns 100 percent of shares of TuranLeasing LLC, 8 percent of Bashak-Inam Insurance Company and 2.4 percent of MilliKart Processing Center.
