Mustafa Abbasbeyli has been appointed as a new Chief Executive Officer of the Caspian European Club. First Deputy Chairman of the Caspian European Club and Caspian American Club Telman Aliyev said.
Telman Aliyev noted that Mustafa Abbasbeyli had headed the Legal Committee and the Committee for Customs and Taxes of the Caspian European Club for a long period.
Mustafa Aslan oglu Abbasbeyli was born in 1980 in the city of Ganja. He graduated from Khazar University in 2000 and majored in the International Law. In 2001 he graduated from the Aegean University and majored in the Turkish language. In 2003 he graduated from Ankara University and majored in Private Law. In 2009 he defended his thesis in the Azerbaijan National Academy of Science and got a doctorate degree in law.
He held executive positions in many companies in the financial sector. At the moment he is heading Beyli Group. He also holds the position of the Associate Professor at the Azerbaijan State Economic University. He is the member of the College of Lawyers of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the member of the International Association of Lawyers. He is the author of more than 50 scientific works, including 3 books.
The Caspian European Club was established in June 2002 with the support of the largest oil and gas companies operating in the Caspian-Black Sea region.
Since the very establishing the Caspian European Club has promoted attraction of revenues from the oil industry for the development of the non-oil sector. Caspian European Club, which brings together more than 5,000 member companies and organizations, operates in 50 countries around the world and is active in supporting the dialogue between the government agencies and the private sector.
