In January 2018, 589 tenders were held in Turkey’s Ankara city, the country’s Electronic Public Procurement Platform told Trend Jan. 31.
Out of the total volume, 351 tenders were held on procurement of goods, 226 tenders – in the services sector, 11 tenders – in construction sector, and 1 tender – on consulting services.
In January 2018, 581 tenders were held in Istanbul, and 367 of those tenders were conducted on procurement of goods, 199 tenders – in the services sector, 13 tenders – in construction sector, and 2 tenders – in the sphere of consulting services.
In 2017, 63,211 tenders were held in Ankara and Istanbul.
Meanwhile, 36,518 of those tenders were conducted on procurement of goods, 21,759 tenders – in the services sector, 4,722 tenders – in construction sector, and 212 tenders – in the sphere of consulting services in Ankara and Istanbul.
