Azerbaijan will take part in "Fruit Logistica" international fruit and vegetable exhibition, to be held in Berlin from February 7 to February 9, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Economy said in a message Feb. 5.
According to the message, Azerbaijan will participate in the exhibition with a single stand.
Azerbaijan’s various fruit and vegetable products will be presented.
Azerbaijan will be represented by nine exporters at the exhibition, which overall will host some 3,000 companies from 84 countries.
The cost of participation in the exhibition is covered by the Azerbaijani government.
According to Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev’s decree dated October 5, 2016, implying the promotion of the ‘Made in Azerbaijan’ brand in foreign markets, Azerbaijan's products were showcased at such exhibitions as Gulfood 2017 Dubai, ProWein Trade Fair in Dusseldorf, Anuga food trade fair in Cologne and WorldFood Moscow in 2017. Ten export delegations were also organized to foreign countries.
