The Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan has revised the amount of state duties levied for the implementation of notarial acts.
The corresponding decision simplifies the system for calculating state duties, which will improve the procedure for providing services to the public.
Particularly, for issuing a power of attorney with the right to manage or use a car by close relatives - the duty is charged at a rate of 50 percent of the minimum wage, for the same actions by other persons - a threefold minimum wage is charged. At the same time, the amount of state duty was reduced by 1.7 times.
The state duty for the certification of purchase, sale, gift and exchange of cars, regardless of the production: domestic or foreign, is established in a uniform amount, which is, on average, reduced by 2.5 times.
For the certification of contracts of sale, gift and exchange of real estate, the state fee is established depending on the location. At the same time, the amount of state duty for real estate located on the outskirts of cities and regions is halved.
The state fee for the certification of agreements on the payment of maintenance, mortgage agreements, mortgages, leasing, surety, gratuitous use and loan is established in a concrete amount.
