Net profit of Kazakhstan’s national agricultural holding decreases

The National Holding of Kazakhstan "KazAgro" earned 14.435 billion tenge of net profit in January-March 2018, which is 34.4 percent less, compared to the same period of 2017, according to the holding's financial report.

The gross profit of the company increased by 2.9 times, to 1.503 billion tenge. The company’s income from sales of goods and services increased 3.2 times and amounted to 6.555 billion tenge.

Net income of KazAgro from operations in foreign currency decreased by 41.6 percent, in the mentioned period, amounting to 7,147 billion tenge.

The company's assets have increased by 6.6 percent since the beginning of the year, to 1.277 trillion tenge, liabilities - by 6.1 percent, to 999.801 billion tenge, equity - by 8.2 percent, to 276.959 billion tenge, authorized capital - by 5, 5 percent, to 440.802 billion tenge.
