The Center for Simplified Support for Family Businesses (ABAD) will set up the sale of jams and honey on Amazon, the Director of ABAD Rufat Elchiyev told Trend October 3.
He said that negotiations are currently underway with local intermediary companies that exhibit the products under the “Made in Azerbaijan” brand on Amazon and other online platforms.
Speaking about plans to build up export markets, the director of ABAD noted that in the near future the brands of "ABAD" will be presented in the CIS countries, and it is also planned to enter the markets of the Gulf countries.
The Center for Simplified Support for Family Businesses (ABAD) was established by decree of the President of Azerbaijan dated September 23, 2016. ABAD provides comprehensive support to families at all stages of the business, ranging from branding and design of the enterprise and ending with the introduction of products to the markets. Currently, the agriculture and decorative arts are the main areas of activity for ABAD.
