Financial Market Supervisory Authority of Azerbaijan (FIMSA) has presented a call center (short number 966) and an information map, titled i-Map.

The new call center will promptly respond to the citizen's appeals and work without interruption, the press secretary of the FIMSA Elshan Allahverdiyev said.

The main goal of the new call center is to make the connection between the FIMSA and citizens more accessible, Abdullayev added.

According to Allahverdiyev, a survey conducted among the population and tourists revealed the need to create a new informative map to simplify finding the location of branches and offices of financial organizations. In this regard, an informative map, i-Map was created, which provides all information about ATMs, non-bank credit organizations (NBCOs), currency exchange offices, insurance companies, branches and offices of the national postal operator Azerpoct.

Citizens and guests of Azerbaijan using the informative i-Map will be able to easily find addresses, contacts, work schedule and other useful information about organizations that provide financial services.

The i-Map may be used on the official page of the FIMSA.
