Malaysian business delegation headed by the Malaysian Foreign Trade Development Corporation (MATRADE) under the Ministry of International Trade and Industry will visit Uzbekistan on Oct. 31 – Nov. 2, 2018, the Foreign Ministry of Uzbekistan said.
According to the information, the visit is organized in order to explore the possibilities of joint implementation of promising investment projects and the organization of export of products from Uzbekistan to Malaysia.
The delegation includes representatives of 10 companies specializing in the food, pharmaceutical, medical, construction, furniture, electrical industries, as well as in the automotive industry, metallurgy and logistics.
A round table meeting, a cooperation exchange in B2B format in the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan and a study tour to the Angren Free Economic Zone are planned. Negotiations with the State Investment Committee of Uzbekistan will be held.
