Azerbaijan's Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant plans to expand its production area, Chairman of the Plant's Board of Directors Rufat Sujayev told Trend on Nov. 12.
Sujayev noted that the demand for metal constructions in Azerbaijan is growing and this is reflected in the activities of the Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant.
Garadagh Metal Constructions Plant was opened in 2012. The production area of the plant is 23,000 square meters, the plant's staff is 750 people.
It is expected that by the end of 2018, the plant's production volume will be 3,000-4,000 tons, Sujayev added.
At the same time, Sujayev stressed that earlier customers mainly worked with foreign companies, but presently they prefer to work with local companies.
"Due to the high demand in Azerbaijan, we do not need to enter foreign markets," Sujayev added.
