The official predicted 25 percent rise of exports from the province by the end of current Iranian year (March 20, 2019).

"The northern part of the country would increase its exports value to $3 billion that would be easier by removing exports obstacles," he said.

The official also noted Iran would join Eurasian Economic Cooperation Organization (EECO) by the end of Iranian year (March 20, 2019).

"By connecting to this region, tariffs for imports and exports of over 700 items would be reduced, while exports to Eurasian countries would be more profitable," he said.
