The Ministry of Railway Transport of Turkmenistan has established a reduction factor to the current tariff policy rates for the 2019 freight year for transit traffic in Turkmenistan for the period up to December 30, 2019, Trend reports referring to the ministry.
In particular, a reduction factor of 0.7 for transit traffic on the territory of Turkmenistan is set on cement (Harmonized Goods Nomenclature 3816, 2523) cargo on the Akyayla-Farap section.
The decision was made on the basis of the Tariff Policy of the Railways of the CIS Member States for the Transport of Goods in International Traffic for the 2019 freight year.
