Since the beginning of 2019, the sales of Alprof, an Azerbaijani company manufacturing aluminum and PVC profiles for door and window systems, has significantly decreased, a source at the company told Trend.
The decline in sales is 30 percent, the source noted.
"The company produces plastic profiles of different colors, the cost of which varies from 2.8 manats to 4.65 manats per linear meter. In general, plastic profiles are in the great demand because of their practicality and convenience when used at home," the source said.
Last year the decline in sales amounted to about 10-15 percent, the source added.
Further the source added that products of Alprof meet requirements of the construction market and Alprof is the first manufacturer in Azerbaijan to supply PVC profiles for door and window systems to the local market.
