Turkmenistan masters production of electrical lighting appliances

Turkmenistan has mastered the production of electrical lighting appliances, Trend reports referring to Neytralni Turkmenistan newspaper.

The lamps range from 40 to 240 watts. All parts of the product, with the exception of the board, are made from a local raw material - polypropylene produced in Turkmenistan, the article says.

For the production and assembly of industrial refrigeration units, cooperation has been established with foreign partners.

As reported, the Ministry of Industry of Turkmenistan is developing the electronics industry as part of a state program. In particular, the "Senagat tehnologiyalary" enterprise created as part of public-private partnership has already developed and produced prototypes of electronic information kiosks. The “Elektron ylhamy” enterprise has launched the production of electricity distribution devices. The “Aydyn Gijeler” company is engaged in the creation of lighting products including LED lamps. Furthermore, the Ministry of Industry and the Turkey’s "Gap Inshaat" company jointly carry out commissioning work on installation of the equipment for the production of electronic electricity meters.

In the future, it is also planned to use local raw materials for establishing domestic production of elements that convert solar energy into electricity.
