In January-April 2019, payments of ten leading insurance companies of Azerbaijan amounted to 61.34 million manats (92.03 percent of the total insurance payments).
The results of the activity of insurance companies in January-April 2019 have been announced by the Azerbaijan Financial Market Supervisory Authority.

The ranking is headed by Pasha Life, which accounted for 26.44 percent of the reimbursements paid by all companies during the reporting period. In January-April 2019, this company made payments of 17.62 million manats.
The second position in the ranking was taken by Pasha Insurance with total payments of 14.68 million manats (22.02 percent of all payments), and the third position was taken by Ateshgah with total payments amounting to 6.43 million manats (9.64 percent of all payments).
In January-April 2019, Azerbaijani insurance companies collected premiums in the amount of 246.12 million manats (an decrease of 11.44 percent over a year), payments in the same period amounted to 72.89 million manats (a decrease of 15.85 percent over a year).
