One more region of Kazakhstan to launch salt extraction

The salt extraction work is to be launched in Kegen settlement of Kazakhstan’s Almaty region, Trend reports with reference to Inbusiness news agency.

“The project on salt extraction is to be realized by local company named Tuzdybastau. The launch of the extraction work is expected this year. Currently the extraction has not started,” the report said.

“The output capacity of the project is to equal to 150,000 tons of extracted salt a year. Furthermore, the cost of the project is to amount to 500 million tenge,” the statement said.

Tuzdybastau is a Kazakh company, which was established in 2015 in Almaty region of the country. The main field of activity of the company is mining industry.
