Azerbaijan's Ganja Instrumentation Factory reveals production, export volumes

In January-May 2019, Azerbaijan's Ganja Instrumentation Factory produced goods worth four million manats, the company's Deputy Director Yusif Pashazade told Trend.

The deputy director noted that exports accounted for 1.154 million manats of this amount.

"Export volumes during the reported period increased by 20 percent compared to the same period last year. Export deliveries were sent to Russia and Georgia," Pashazade said.

The deputy director said that the company plans to slightly increase production volumes by late 2019.

"The increase may be 5 percent. Currently, the company produces water meters, gas regulators, gas control points, and LED lamps. Water meters and gas control points are in the greatest demand," he added.

Ganja Instrumentation Factory produces water meters and gas pressure regulators. The plant is one of the biggest in the field of machine engineering and is engaged in the development and production of measuring instruments, automatic and automated control systems.

The factory's activities are aimed at developing and raising the level of instrument-making in Azerbaijan.
