The construction company Aksaray Residence has completed 15 percent of the construction work on the biggest residential complex in the territory of Baku White City, the company told Trend.
According to the source, this includes construction work carried out for the second large residential complex of premium class as part of the Baku White City project.
“Last year the company commissioned the first large residential complex of premium class. Currently we are actively involved in the construction of another residential area. An underground parking is currently under construction. The construction of the parking’s basement floor has already been completed, and work has begun on the construction of the next floor," the company said.
It was also noted that the minimum starting cost per square meter in the building currently under construction is 1,555 manats.
"At the same time, depending on the price of the apartment, the prepayment price is determined. As a rule, it comprises 30 percent of the apartment price. We provide an interest-free loan for 36 months," the company added.
The construction work on the second facility under the Baku White City project began in April 2019.
