Prices for commercial facilities increased slightly in Baku in July 2019 compared to July 2018, director of the MBA Group consulting company Nusrat Ibrahimov told Trend.
In July 2018, one square meter of commercial property cost $1,530, and this figure reached $1,585 in the reporting month of 2019. This indicator grew by 2.9 percent in July 2019 compared to June, and by 3.59 percent over the year.
A slight increase was also observed in the price of land plots. In July 2019, the average price per 100 square meters of land stood at $13,420. On an annual basis, this indicator increased by 0.74 percent compared to the same month of 2018, and by 0.19 percent in July 2019 (when compared to June 2019).
Prices for courtyard houses in July 2019 increased by 2.7 percent over the month and decreased by 0.7 percent compared to the same period in 2018.
Moreover, a slight increase in prices was also observed for country houses, where prices increased by 1.02 percent in July 2019 (compared to the same month last year) and by 1.6 percent over the year. There was also an increase in prices in the rental segment by 5.6 percent in July 2019 compared with June, and a decrease of 4.08 percent on an annualized basis was noted.
