PMD Group, a company specializing in asset management, real estate investment and facility management, will begin to develop a project for a new facility in Azerbaijan's Lankaran district in the upcoming month, a source in the company told Trend.
According to the source, the project envisages the construction of an entertainment center in the district.
"Lankaran is attractive for business development and implementation of large projects, which is economically viable in the district. The company intends to start developing a feasibility study for the project in September 2019," the source said.
The source noted that the new entertainment center will be one of the largest in the region.
PMD Group has been operating in Azerbaijan since 2013.
